Walt Disney World Free Dine Terms & Conditions
1. Free Dining and Drinks Offer
1.1. Book between 29th April and 5th November 2025 (inclusive) a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 21 consecutive nights stay in one of the participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotels (Disney Resort) and a 7 or 14-Day Magic Ticket on arrival dates between 7th January and 30th March 2026 (inclusive), 13th April 2026 and 7th October 2026 (inclusive), 22nd October 2026 and 19th December 2026 (inclusive) and receive:
a) One Quick Service Meal if you stay in a participating Value Disney Resort; a Quick Service Dining Plan if you stay in a participating Moderate Disney Resort; or a Disney Dining Plan if you stay in a participating Deluxe Disney Resort as specified in more detail below; and
b) Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket (including Memory Maker); and
c) A discount of £100 per UK booking, or if you book by 1st July 2025 (inclusive) you will receive a discount of £200 per UK booking on a Hotel and Ticket package booking or £300 per UK booking on an Eligible Flight inclusive package booking (as defined in section 4). To benefit from a total discount of £300 for UK bookings, you can also add an Eligible Flight to your Hotel and Ticket package booked from 29th April 2025 until 1st July 2025 (inclusive) up to 8 days prior to your arrival in accordance with these terms.
Applicable to new bookings made in the UK. All elements of the offer are subject to availability, including the number and type of rooms allocated to this offer. This Package offer cannot be combined with other available offers unless specified in these terms.
1.2. Free Dining and Drinks offer excludes gratuities. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the bill equivalent to the Dining Plan value, for parties of six or more across dining locations and will be charged at the meal in the Resort. At Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and Cinderella’s Royal Table an 18% gratuity is included in the Dining Plans so no additional charges will apply unless you make orders not included in the Dining Plans. In all other circumstances gratuities are not mandatory but are customary and the amount is at the discretion of the guests. An additional form of payment is required if gratuities are added and if a credit card has not been provided at check-in for charging incidentals and other expenses. Certain menu items not included in the Dining Plans are subject to additional cost.
2. Participating Hotels and Dining Options
2.1. A stay and a 7 or 14-day Magic Ticket must be selected for all members of the party on the booking who are aged 3 and over at the time of travel and purchased at the same time for the entire duration of the booking to receive the Free Dining offer. Meals and snacks are non-transferable between party members and expire at midnight on the Disney Resort reservation checkout date.
Upgrades to Free Disney Dining Plans must be selected for all members of the party for the full duration of the stay depending on the type of the participating Disney Resort, subject to applicable price difference. Children aged 3-9 inclusive (at time of visit) must order from the children’s menu where available. Disney Dining Plans are not valid for children under 3 years. Please note that the Disney Dining Plan entitlements for 2026 arrivals and locations may be subject to change. Disney Dining Plan meals provide everyone in the party (ages 3 and over) a specific number of meals and snacks per day per person based on the number of nights of a Disney Resort stay. Advance restaurant reservations are strongly recommended and may be required at some Table-Service restaurants participating in the Disney Dining Plan. Operating hours, menus, Characters, entertainment, participating locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. The Walt Disney World Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, closures, inclement weather or any circumstance beyond their control. Florida law permits the sale and service of alcohol products only to persons 21 years of age and older. The operators of the Walt Disney World Resort participate in Florida's Responsible Vendor program, and servers will verify age by requesting acceptable identification. Please note that all persons visiting from outside of the United States are required to present both a valid passport as well as another form of government-issued photo ID from their country of origin. 2.1.2. A Quick Service Dining Plan is included at the following Moderate Disney Resorts:
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort (except Tower - Standard View - Club Level, Tower – Deluxe Suite - Club Level, Tower – One Bedroom Suite – Club Level, Tower – Presidential Suite – Club Level), Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Disney's Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.

2.2. Disney Dining Plan entitlements:
2.2.1. Dishes shown on magicbreaks.co.uk are indicative of restaurant menus on offer, but availability may vary at time of travel. Dining plan meals and snacks are not sold separately, are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. Theme Park admission is required for some dining locations. Meals and snacks can be redeemed on any day during a stay or in any order until the number associated with the package have been depleted. All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your refillable mug expire at midnight on the Disney Resort reservation checkout date.
Snack is a choice of ONE of the following: 20oz fountain soft drink, 20oz bottle of soft drink or water, single-serving coffee or hot chocolate or hot tea or milk or juice, popcorn scoop (single serving box), frozen ice cream novelty, popsicle or fruit bar, Mickey pretzel with cheese, funnel cake, single serving bag of snacks, piece of fruit or cup of soup at selected locations.
Where "beverages" are included for Table-Service and Quick-Service meals Guests may choose ONE of the following: all canned and bottled single serving non-alcoholic beverages, any size single service fountain soda, all single size non-alcoholic specialty beverages (such as smoothies, milkshakes, frozen coffees, slushes). One beverage per meal. Guests 21 and older may substitute for beer, wine, mixed drinks or cocktails. Some beverages will be excluded. Novelty or souvenir cups are not included. Refillable mugs are eligible for refills from self-service beverage islands at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location. Mug design shown is indicative and is subject to change.
a) Quick-Service Meal includes a choice from any Counter Service Restaurant of one main course and one single-serving beverage per person per night's stay.
b) Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan includes: 2 Quick-Service Meals, 1 Selected Snack per person per night's stay and 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person.
c) Disney Dining Plan includes: 1 Quick-Service Meal, 1 Table-Service Meal, 1 Selected Snack per person per night's stay and 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person.
3. Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 offer
3.1. During this time specified in Clause 1, the 14-Day Ticket (Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket) is available for the price of a 7-Day Ticket (Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket). Guests can also benefit from Disney 14 Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 if they book a Disney Resort Hotel and a 14 Day Disney Magic Ticket for arrivals from 1st January to 31st December 2026 (inclusive). The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for use up to 18 days from the start date of the ticket. Disney Magic Tickets provide admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. Water Parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity and weather closures, or may close for other reasons. Bookings are subject to availability and our Booking Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Memory Maker
Memory Maker is included with Disney 7-Day and 14-Day Magic Tickets (adult tickets only). Includes Disney PhotoPass® photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker window and linked to the Memory Maker guest’s Disney account. Memory Maker is subject to Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, Family & Friends Terms & Conditions. Disney is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged photos or other digital content. On the gate price $210 reflects the current price at time of printing.
