A wonderful and homely feeling of being in Paris! As a DVC member, this is my home resort. I love the feeling of being a rich tourist in the Paris springtime. This resort ensures that all arrivals are checked and accounted for (safety), has plenty of parking for those who drive here, attentive staff that are willing to help you with whatever you need, clean and well cared for hallways and rooms, and the resort rooms are large and have plenty of amenities. If I have only one suggestion, it is to improve the food options on the first floor and pool area. They are fine for children, but offer fewer options that cater to adults. Yes there is the top floor Topolino's restaurant which serves delicious upscale French cuisine, but if you're looking for something a little less expensive that doesn't require reservations, the food options are limited and fairly mediocre. Hopefully this will change over time.

Came here with my parents for a weekend and had an exquisite experience. The resort is expansive and beautiful and you can walk to the skyline that goes directly to the parks. The experience from start to finish is just wonderful from the staff to the food to the amenities of the resort. We’ve been coming to Disney for 20 years years and I’d say this is one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed at on property.

This hotel was super disappointing. Our room (a two bedroom suite) was in the basement. You literally had to go downstairs from the main level. There were floor to ceiling windows and doors to a patio overlooking a huge parking lot. Not a hedge or tree in sight. So weird for Disney to not have proper landscaping to block off the mass of cars. The positive was that it was on the skyline. I would never stay here again.

The Riviera was amazing. This was our first time we stayed on site and now I understand why people love it. There were fun activities to do around the hotel (look for pascal, pin trading, stores, swim, paint, ect). The restaurant doesn't have enough seating and if you get food to go you receive less of it. That was a disappointment. I was also sad to see there was no pre-made hot chocolate, while that is found at their other hotels. It is also hard to find seats at the pool. People claim them all day, so it is a challenge. The room was amazing, cleaning staff did such a great job every day. The front staff was great and so were the people the helped to unload and load the car. I was disappointed that I wrote that my kids turns 12 and nothing was done, a balloon, a little card, or anything would have been nice to make it extra special, but everyone was good at saying happy birthday. The skyline was great, but we aware that only 1 out of 20 trams will be empty for you to get into, so it can take a while to load. We lucked out with a room that faces the fireworks, so that was extra special. We would love to come back, but our room doesn't allow 6 people even though it is big enough for 6. Hopefully, they will change that so we can come back again and again.

The food at Primo Piatto is very much hit or miss. It is never consistent. Portions are extremely inconsistent some days. The portions are fantastic other days they’re ridiculously small.
I love going to Riviera’s however, I don’t know if I will continue doing this if their quality ends up being extremely hit or miss
