It’s okay. For a budget hotel nearby the parks it’s okay. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. However, we had numerous problems and getting them resolved was a hassle that more than killed the magic. Our shower didn’t work and we had no hot water, we had to call maintenance up twice before they fixed it and they acted like it was them going out of their way to help us even though a shower is just a basic part of a hotel room. Got hot water back and then the next day it was gone again. Didn’t even bother calling to get it fixed this time because I didn’t want someone being rude to me again when I was already exhausted. This hotel cost us nearly £700 for 2 nights and, yes, it’s budget, I don’t expect the ends of the earth, but I’d be expecting the basics to be done, and done well. Yes, things go wrong and I can understand that but we were treated as if we were asking too much and it really ruined it for us. Beyond this, there is no AC, again understandable but in a situation where the service is already pretty lacklustre it’s easy to be frustrated with these omissions too. Anyway, we leave tomorrow and I think in future we will stay off site. Sorry Santa Fe, you let us down.

Lovely clean hotel, comfortable beds. Our beds were changed daily. Were given fresh towels every day. Also had a bar of soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is around a 15-minute walk to Disneyland, and it's a nice peaceful walk along the river. Santa Fe, even have their own shop. Buffet food is nice. The only issue was they don't do cornflakes or cheerios for breakfast, which was a struggle to get a fussy child to eat breakfast when there wasn't everything they liked. The only thing that each block could do with is their own hot drinks, vendor machines, and water fountain. To save walking to another block at 6am for a warm drink and having take my child with me. Enjoyed our stay and if we have the chance to come again in the future we'll be back. Hopefully Starbucks will be open next time 😆

It's a great hotel with easy access to the parks, we walked most of the time, a max of 10 minutes with a 4 year old. The rooms were clean and tidy, tvs all in French, probably to be expected 😂. My only one issue, we forgot to bring two plug adapters. We 'hired' one from hotel for €30 (😱) and we're assured we'd get it back when returned. Despite returning it in its original box, no refund! Should have just kept it! Other than that, I would definitely recommend

The reception team and greeting were amazing, landscaping and theming were definitely on brand. The rooms are nothing amazing but it was literally somewhere to sleep, wash up and store our luggage. La cantina was well equipped and with a diverse breakfast menu, perfect for fueling up for the day. To get to the park you can either take the shuttle bus from the front of the hotel, or if you walk out of the back there is a scenic foot path that takes you straight to the Disney village.

Not far from the park, shuttle leaves often or can walk in 20 mins. The rooms are nicely themed but lack tea and coffee facilities. When we stayed non of the complementary hot drinks dispensers were working too. Staff at reception are helpful and friendly. There is no air con here but the rooms have fans. Rooms are good value here. I suggest getting a meal plan too.
