Rooms give a rustic vibe but feels very dated but was good for what we needed which was to sleep. 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the door mechanism wouldn't work so wasn't great having to walk outside in minus temperatures to the other side of the hotel to get maintenance to come fix the door and to let us in when all we wanted to do was get in and rest after a long day of walking around the parks. The kids loved the free hot chocolate machines at the end of the corridor which was good.

The hotel itself if good value for money, however the internal corridors (block 33) had an awful old musty smell. The rooms were good and done the job for a good night's sleep after a long day at Disney. However try not to get a room near a lift as you can just hear it all night.
The staff there were hit and miss. Some very willing to help and some not so much in the Disney spirit.
Bag hold was easy but did get busy.
La Cantina was actually the best place we ate for dinner we really enjoyed the variety and taste of the food. (we enjoyed this more than pym and downtown!) however I wouldn't do half board again as breakfast we wasn't a huge fan of for the cost. My daughter is very fussy and ended up with just two waffles for breakfast so wasn't worth it money wise for us.
The free hot chocolate was lovely after a cold wet day. We never had issues with machine not working
Would go back but would ask for a room that possibly didn't have an internal corridor due to the smell.

Our room was immaculately clean, basic but did perfectly for one night, very uncomfortable beds but the linens were lovely and the room was warm! You could hear everything being produced in the toilet above us and a lot of banging of external doors so it wasn’t the most restful but not all guests are considerate and that’s not the hotels fault!
The staff are exceptional as are all Disney staff so absolutely no faults with the service!

The hotel is fine for a short stay. The room was immaculate, not a single bit of dust or grime to be found. No amenities as expected in a 2* hotel but you did get complimentary toiletries! The bath water took forever to run hot and it did so at a painfully slow pace, so by the time the bath was filled the water was cold again. Service was quick to arrive however so the staff deserve a big raise and praise!
Breakfast was sufficient. Freshly cut fruits, pancakes, beans and eggs. Even a Greek yoghurt dispenser with Oreo and speculoos crumbs on the side, yum!
15 minute stroll to the park was perfect as well. We’d probably return!

Very comfortable and spacious room.
It had everything needed for a great stay.
Walking distance from the Disney parks but the buss also available every 30 minutes during the day
