Awsome hotel, great staff very friendly and helpful, the food is the best of any hotel in the area. The rooms look great, themed, pool is very nice, good temperature, the fitness room a little empty but is ok. A fair walk from the parks, next to a great lake. Would recommend for others to stay, it's not on the cheap side but in my opinion it delivers value for marvel fans.

Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Service Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The service was outstanding, and the staff were not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we lost one of our passes, they replaced it instantly with no hassle. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the park, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with original artworks displayed throughout, adding to its charm. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. While we didn’t dine in the hotel’s restaurants for dinner, we did order a room service pizza. Unfortunately, it was disappointing—both in taste and price. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice, especially for its service, location, and atmosphere. We would happily stay here again! Overall you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

The hotel is ok, the rooms are designed, but some need maintenance and improve IT support. The lamp in the corner of the room didn't work OK, disney plus didnt work and IT couldn't fix it (we asked for help mutiple times), they couldn't speak/understand English, the mirrors in the room were old with some crumbling edges. The coffee and tea in the rooms were great. The hotel people at the door entrance could be more helpful with the luggage, especially when the first step before entering the hotel is a x-ray luggage check. When going out of the hotel to the park there are 2 x-ray/metals check-ups. Security is important, a one-time checkup is enough (especially when the overall security is targeting families how paid in advance for thier vacation)

The most amazing and on brand hotel I've ever seen. The welcome was fantastic, the cast members (as they're referred to) work tirelessly to accommodate guests and make everyone feel welcome. The facilities were great, food was varied and tasty. If I have one at a posh, it'd be that the door to the bathroom should lock, rather than just be a sliding door. Already looking to book the next visit.

Fabulous experience! Everything was impeccable, with exemplary cleanliness. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine, a safe, a mini-fridge, and an iron. The room offers a magnificent view. A small detail that could further enhance the experience: the inclusion of disposable slippers would be highly appreciated. I highly recommend it!
