We recently stayed at the New York New York Marvel Hotel to celebrate our son’s second birthday, and it was such a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the added sense of security, you pass through scanners to enter the hotel, which we really appreciated. The Marvel-themed décor throughout the hotel is fantastic! You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every element, and it truly brings the theme to life in a fun and tasteful way. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a bit of a change in plans with room service, initially requesting a travel cot but then deciding to treat our little one to his own double bed with bed guards instead. The team was so accommodating and handled our last-minute request with no fuss at all. Our son absolutely loved having his own “big boy” bed! All in all, it was a perfect stay and a great way to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend for families, especially Marvel fans!

What a wonderful place to stay. My son loved all the Marvel decorations, and the building is pretty cool. The dining is pretty expensive and is like an all you can eat buffer. It's too expensive for what it is really but good nonetheless. The staff are absolutely fantastic and were very accommodating and helpful. Always someone about to ask questions and they have a pool and other activities available for kids. There's a cool area where you can take fun Marvel inspired photos. Lots of cool artwork too. Room service food was very good (better than dining!), and room service was daily, and they ensured the room was clean for when we returned from Disney. Would recommend.

A pleasant, exciting, clean, and well-structured hotel!
The hotel is right next to the Disney Park and Disney Studios. You can easily walk with your children to both places (especially if they’re over 5 years old). I was also told there is a shuttle available. The rooms are very inviting and exciting for children. There's a real Marvel atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are exceptionally clean.
Breakfast is great—you can choose different options when you book, and all are good.
It’s also a smart idea to book the afternoon tea. You can come back from the hectic park experience to relax, recharge, and then return to the adventure. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they’ll assist you with anything you need. It is expensive, but keeping that in mind, I still recommend it.

Just stayed at the Marvel Hotel at Disney and it was great. Seriously, even if you're not super into Marvel, you'll love it here. The staff were all fantastic – really friendly and so helpful. Made us feel super welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just really nice. Honestly, just a really awesome hotel for anyone. Highly recommend!

I can't believe this hotel has more than 2 stars at all. Considering the price, the offering of this hotel is dismal. Small touches like holes in the bedsheets, cracks in the bathroom mirror, and Aircon that is as useful as someone whispering the word cold at you. It really adds to the magical capitalist experience of paying £250+ per person per night for a shoddy hotel with some posters. Not to mention, we were given two paper cups to last us our weekend, even when cleaners came in, they weren't even replaced! Furthermore, the pool was shut for maintenance, so we couldn't use it without walking 15-20 minutes to another Hotel. NO COMPENSATION BY THE WAY! Steer clear and save your money. EDIT: I forgot to add, they messed up our cards and gave us the wrong names/rooms for each family member, we were told to wait for around an hour before we heard anything and were actually allowed into our rooms. No characters around the hotel either.
