Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great location and they really put in the effort to making the outside just as lovely as inside, which made it oh so magical! Felt just like we were in Texas!
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Despite certain times being very busy (if you like to eat at quieter times get down for 7am and 6pm), it ran smoothly. The food was the best I've ever had at a hotel with lots of options! I am gluten intolerant but i was stuffed every meal. In particular the coleslaw was amazing!
The room was clean, fun, well laid out, with lots of pillows, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilties, along with a hair dryer. This hotel gets 5* from me! None of us wanted to leave.
The only thing my daughter wished it had was a swimming pool.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Room was clean and looked like they were refurbished yesterday. Bed was comfortable with a rather firm mattress which I personally prefer. The service was always very friendly, staff always greeted us with a smile and made some small talk. The breakfast exceeded expectations. It was clean and well organised, there was never an empty tray or pan for more then a minute and there was a wide variety of tasty and high quality options. Especially the pain au chocolat were fantastic. We did not have to wait to be seated, but did arrive before 7:30 both mornings. If arriving after that time expect to have to wait a while to be seated.

Had an absolute blast! The room was like a woody, ranch theme. Breakfast was free with delicious food and a huge selection. However you do have to pay for dinner. Lovely walk to the park and very close to the Disney village. Stayed for 2 nights with my Mum and son.

The bed was very very comfortable and the room was super clean, the service was very nice. But the breakfast was horrible. Not even one vegetable, the food in not tasty at all, we were looking forward to the mickey waffle and pancake and they just tasted bad. I don't recommend on taking breakfast at all.

This was our experience of 1 night at this Disney hotel. The queue to check in was long, the receptionist was attentive but could not guide us on how to link our park passes to the application. Nobody knew about this possibility at the reception. Parking available in front of your room
building. Security for your luggage if needed to be left in the car. The quality of this hotel is good but it’s not worth its very expensive price. However we tried to stay positive and looked up to all the good things we found as for example, we found a very clean room with a coffee machine and a water boiler for tea. Bring a thermos so you can prepare some hot beverage to take with you to the park if weather is cold or rainy. Then we found a neat bathroom 🚽 and bathtub 🛁 -perfect 🧖🏻♀️ to relax in case you stay longer (hot bath for tired legs + some pain cream is very important to bring with you). Towels and liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner available. Bed was comfortable, TV w/Disney channel to distract kids a bit while you get ready or pack!! -, wifi available. The bus stop is nearby, just expect that it will take 20 mins to get to the park. And this is a very important point : we checked in at 3:30pm (we received a notification while we were in the park) and after getting to our room we went back to the park on the bus but had to run back to another hôtel restaurant (Santa fe) after 2h+ for dinner… next time (if we decide to stay at a Disney hotel) we would make reservations at the same hotel’s cafe/ restaurant (Chucks wagon- check my review on this hotel - to be reserved months in advanced). Importante also to know that there are some characters that will come early morning to the hotel so you can take pictures and get an autograph BUT as always you got to make a long lane- n’est to have breakfast and try that some other time if you stay longer. When you stay at the hotel you have the opportunity to get into the park at 8:30am (they open for the public at 9:30am) so we got out of the room at 7:45am to be able to eat earlier and get to the park on time to make less queue for some attractions BUT it was worthless, we make a long queue to be seated in the restaurant… which made us leave by 10am - consider that breakfast time is very busy and is best not to rush… just enjoy your meal and stay calm. We realized that nothing changes even if you get there earlier… unless that you wake up your children at 6:15am to be there when they open…. Know that the night before with the final attraction (fireworks) you can get to your room by 11h45pm!! Rest for the next day is highly needed!
